1. Find the apartment you want
- Select the apartment you would like
to rent from our web page.
2. Contact us to find out the availability
of the apartment
- Please contact us by phone or by our
on-line form on our home page to find out the availability
of the apartment. We can serve you better and faster if
you provide us with alternate choices / areas. We will then
look for the best apartment for you.
3. Making a reservation
- Please fill out our application form.
We will then contact you for confirmation.
4. Rent
- The rent varies depending on the apartment
and how long to stay.
Cleaning after you leave
- In addition to your rent, please pay
your cleaning fee upon your arrival.
10,000yen for a stay less than 2 weeks.
20,000 yen for a stay longer than 2 weeks ( 1 bed apartment).
35,000yen for a stay longer than 2 weeks ( 2 to 3 bedrooms
apartment).
5. Payment
- Customers within Japan
Your first month rent and the cleaning fee are to be paid
by your moving day.
- Customers from outside Japan
Please provide us your credit card information together
with your application form.
All the payment can be made upon your arrival in Japan.
6. Cancellation fee
- Within 7 days after reservation= 0
- 8 to 14 days after reservation = 10,000yen
- 15 to 21 days after reservation= 20,000yen
- More than 22 days after reservation=30,000yen
7. Moving in
- One of our staff members will meet you
at your apartment on the day of your arrival. After signing
the contract and giving you the key, we will explain you
about the equipment in your room.
