Renting and moving in for long-term international guests

1. Availability 
   Please contact us by email or telephone to see if the apartment you would like is available.
   You can see the inside of the apartment if it is available at that time.

2. Applying
   Please fill in the necessary items on the application form below and send it to us.

   We will contact you after receiving the form.

3. Application process
   After confirming your application, we will contact you with the necessary information so you can transfer the deposit to our bank.
   After we confirm that the deposit has arrived, the application process is completed.
   Please understand that we do not refund deposits for cancellations.
   The application process should take no longer than three weeks from receiving your application to signing the contract.

4. Contract (Necessary items for concluding the contract)
   Passport
   Please bring your passport with you when you come to sign the contract.
   Deposits, fees, and rent 
   Please bring 20,000 yen for the deposit, 30,000 yen for cleaning fees and a damage deposit, and rent (see each apartment page).
   Please understand the contract will be entirely in Japanese. 

5. Moving in
   Your apartment will have a TV, VCR, refrigerator, washing machine, air conditioner, bedding (mattress, quilt, and sheets).
