Short-term rentals for international guests

Procedure
1.	Fill out an application form and fax or email it to us.
2.	We will send you a confirmation fax or e-mail.
3.	One of our staff members will meet you at your new apartment on the day of your arrival. You can sign the contract when you arrive.

Finances

rent
The apartments are all rented by the week or month. The rent varies depending on the apartment and how long you stay.
cleaning after you leave
Please pay the fee on your arrival.
10,000 yen for a stay of less than 2 weeks
18,000 yen for a stay longer than 2 weeks
(Note: Extra fees will be charged for serious damage to an apartment.)

Payment

Customers within Japan
Please transfer the 30,000 yen deposit within 7 days after making your reservation.
The rest of the first month's rent and the cleaning fee are to be paid by the day you move in. Guests staying less than one month will need to pay all of the rent due for their entire stay.
Customers from outside Japan
Please provide us with your credit card information with your application. Your deposit will be billed to your credit card. All additional payments will be after you arrive in Japan.

Moving into short-term rentals for international guests

2. Contact us to find out if the apartment is available

After you find the short-term apartment you would like to rent please contact us by phone, fax, or our on-line form on our home page to find out if the apartment is available. We can serve you better and faster if you provide us with alternate choices or tell us what you are looking for at the same time. We will then look for the best possible apartment for you.

3. Making a reservation

Please fill out our application form.
We will then contact you by telephone for confirmation.

4. Bank transfer of deposit

Please pay your deposit by bank transfer. The reservation process will be completed as soon as we confirm that the deposit has safely arrived in our bank account.

5. Moving in

Please move in on your moving day.
We will be waiting for you in your new apartment.

6. Contract

After signing the contract and giving you the keys, we will explain about the equipment in your apartment and give you information about your new neighborhood.
